I have had a fear of dentists since childhood. And by 'fear' I mean 'absolutely terrified'. It's been 15 years since I've seen a dentist and I've been trying to pluck up the courage for a decade to go and see one, but after meeting a member of the team, Ali, at my work I made an appointment for a consultation and I visisted the Cathedral Dental Clinic this morning. I don't usually write testimonials like this but I can not expess how happy I am with my treatment today. I was so nervous that I was almost in tears in the waiting room and couldn't even remember my phone number to write on the form, but Ali, Dr Kohahi and the dental nurse Cath were so very very wonderful that I ended up so relaxed that I actually agreed to a scale and polish there and then - a monumental achievement if you'd seen the state of me when I walked in! And it didn't hurt a bit! (Plus I can't stop looking at my lovely clean teeth in the mirror!) I just want to say thank you so much to everyone at the CDC, I would (and will!) recommed it to anyone and everyone. I can not believe that today I conquered my fear, and it's all down to this great practice.

My name is Ian Flintham and I was treated from Jan 2011 to August 2011. My front teeth were in a bad state and I paid a visit to Cathedral Dental Clinic in January 2011 and saw Dr Webber.From the off he told me what he was going to do,and how long it would take in a very professional manner.Everything was done at a pace I was comfotable with and I was talked through everything that was happening..After a few visits and a lot of work I am over the moon by the results.The way Dr Webber goes about his work is fantastic and I cannot recommend him enough. I am having the most wonderful experience here at The Cathedral Dental Clinic, I have had teeth that i have been embarassed about since childhood, and never really got around to doing anything about them. Since attending the clinic my confidence levels have rocketed, i am sporting a very fashionable Inman Aligner and already amazed at the results, its only been a few weeks. Vida is a fantasic dentist with a very warm and empathatic nature and the administration team are wonderful!! I cant stop smiling, everyone has noticed the new confident me, thanks to Vida and her Team

Thank You To All At The Cathedral Dental Clinic in Cardiff. it is by far The Best Dental Surgery That I Have Had the Opportunity to Visit. As Soon As you walk Through the Door You Are Made to Feel At Home the Staff Are Fantastic They make You Feel Comfortable and Relaxed and Can Answer Any Questions That You May Have. I Needed A New Set of Dentures As I Accidentally Broke My Old Set And Was Seen By Dr A. Webber. He Was Very Helpful To My Needs As I Needed A New Set of Dentures Urgently, Even though It Normally Takes Around Six Week To Complete He Had Them Made in Three Weeks For Me and They Fit Better Than Any Other Dentures That I Have Had in The Past. They Fit So Good That I Don’t Need Adhesive To Hold Them In. Thank You Dr Webber Best Regards A. Garland

I went to Cathederal Dental Clinic with very low self esteem with myself and the way my teeth looked I would never smile with my mouth open. Vida and the team made me feel relaxed right from the start and I underwent a complete transformation, having a bridge on the top half of my mouth. Everything was done at a pace I was comfotable with and I was talked through everything that was happening. I now smile all the time and cant walk past a mirror without having a look. I cant thank Vida and her team enough as they truly have changed my life.

I commenced my treatment at the practice in june 2008, where I have undergone filling replacements, zoom whitening and invisalien braces. my treatment is nearly finished now with the final steps being 2 crowns. Thoughout the process I have found the whole of the team from receptionists, dental nurses, hygienists and Vida herself extremely warm and welcoming. Vida especially is extremely knowledgable and professional and will guide you through the whole of your treatment with a cheerful smile and a very relaxed approach. I cannot wait to see the final result of all the work carried out.

It took some courage to finally go to the dentist after so many bad experiences, but David and the team were just fantastic and so professional, it made the whole experience just so easy and the end result was beyond all expectation. I cannot thank and recommend him enough!

I have always been so fearful of the dentist and was in tears when I arrived at the surgery. Dr Vida Kolahi has been so kind and patient with me that I managed to get through my first scale and polish and filling without any tears. I am still in the middle of my treatment but I just wanted to thank the team - but most notably Dr Kolahi, Debbie and Cathy - for their kindness, support and patience with me.

What joy..finding a dental practice that cares for it's patients with grace, charm and unsurpassed expertise. Fearful of what treatment I might need, my mind was put at rest immediately by Dr Vida Kolahi, making the experience a truly pain-free and pleasurable one. What a brilliant team..thank you so much. On the reccommendation of my sister I moved to the practise around 4 months ago as I have never been happy with my teeth. I have had my teeth whitened and 6 new front teeth. I cannot believe how amazing the new teeth look and how much more confidence I have. I actually smile instead of trying to hide my mouth. I definately would reccommend the great service at this practice to everyone. Vida and her team are marvellous and I thank everyone. Sarah

Having tried to locate a dentist and been met with many discourteous unhelpful responses within the Vale of Glamorgan I cannot recommend this practice highly enough - being welcomed, treated and reassured in a highly professional manner - a most impressive team!

I can only agree with previous patient testimonials . On every visit to Cathedral Dental Clinic I have been treated with the utmost care, patience and expertise by every member of the team . I cannot thank Vida and everyone else enough for their calming and friendly manner , putting me completely at ease and ensuring I suffered no discomfort . The best dentist I have visisted . My own experience of denists since an early age has always been of terror & the clinical smell. Vida I cant thank you enough for putting my fears to bed. Marvellous. After a Zoom session and a couple of new veneers I am more than happy with the results. The team at the Clinic is friendly, professional and diligent and led by a wonderful perfectionist! At last I can smile again.

We recently visited the practice for cosmetic work, and found the service unsurpassable. We were particularly impressed with the personal and empathtic approach, which was both pragmatic & caring. It was only after our treatments concluded that we both realised that for the first time in a dentists chair, we had undergone all of the work required without the aid of anaesthetic. A truly first class service, which we cannot reccommend highly enough. Very well done guys

I have to be honest, I was impressed by the standard of care that I received at Cathedral Dental Clinic. Usually, I keep well clear of going to the dentist unless I absolutely have to, but on this occasion, I needed a tooth removed and could not put it off any longer. I was full of anxiety and expected it t be a long, uncomfortable process, but it turned out to be painless and was over before I knew it, I was so happy.Now my teeth are perfect and I regularly get compliments. I will definitely be going back to the Clinic, as they did such a good job and made me feel a special case, which put a smile on my face and I guarantee that they will do the same for you.

I have been a patient for quite a few years at Cathedral Dental Clinic, and I am very pleased with all the treatment I have undertaken. I feel confident in the care that I have been given by all of the members of staff who are so lovely and very helpfil in an often stressful situation.

What can I say about Cathedral Dental Clinic? Well they make an often perceived conception of terror 'going to the dentist' a myth. The reality is Cathedral Dental Clinic is a professional, friendly team who understand the fear a trip to the dentist has for many patients. Whatever treatment you require they explain carefully and clearly all of the different options available to you, also the aftercare received is exceptional. Any emergency is solved by always being 'fitted in'. I hold Dr Vida Kolahi in especially high regard.

"What excellent service. I had major, visible bridge work done a year ago and felt confident every step of the way. What was, without a doubt, a potentially ghastly and protracted experience, was prevented from being so by the consistently professional treatment of my teeth - and of me.The planning, execution(!) and aftercare were exemplary. I cannot recommend the practice highly enough.

Cathedral Dental Clinic was very warm and welcoming, unlike some of the other dentists i have visited in the Cardiff Area.
